Efficacy of Manual Vacuum Aspiration Vs Conventional Evacuation and Curettage

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Manual Vacuum Aspiration (MVA) compared to Conventional Evacuation Curettage (E & C) in managing first-trimester miscarriage.
